Ring dips during Elizabeth with 5kJay.
I remember when I first started doing Crossfit and ring dips were so tough. I mean, doing one or two made my chest feel like it was being ripped apart.
I was the last one to finish this workout during class…. but who gives a shit about that when you’re able to bang out all 45 ring dips (no, not unbroken… haha). I was contemplating if I should have gone with ring pushups but 5kJay made me put on my big girl pants and do the ring dips. Glad I did!
